About
Veteran-Owned. Engineering-Driven. Result-Focused.
Elite Cost Solutions was founded on the same principles that guided our military service: discipline, accountability, attention to detail, and mission-first execution. We believe cost segregation should be accurate, defensible, and personalized. Every study is approached with attention and care that large-volume providers do not have the time to provide.

Why we exist
After years of working alongside real estate investors, residential and commercial property owners, developers, CPAs, and tax advisors, we recognized a growing problem in the cost segregation industry. Too many property owners were relying on generic calculators, mass-produced reports, or overly conservative studies that failed to identify the full accelerated depreciation opportunities available within their properties.
Who we help
Frequently asked
You would provide your most recent property appraisal, a list and cost of upgrades since purchase, recent photos of the property (including HVAC, water heaters, appliances, etc.), closing documents, and details on whether it is furnished.
A cost segregation study is an engineering-based tax analysis built for accuracy and IRS compliance. An online cost seg calculator is only built for estimation.
